KORUS Consulting is not in the OFAC’s Sectoral Sanctions Identifications List

Since a number of news media wrongly identified KORUS Consulting Group of Companies with «Korus Consulting SNG» (KORUS CONSULTING CIS LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY), which had been added to OFAC's Sectoral Sanctions Identifications List on Dec, 22^th, 2015, we are obliged to state that since 2012 the aforementioned company has not been a part of KORUS Consulting Group of Companies.

In 2012 OOO «KORUS Consulting SNG» was acquired by OAO «Sberbank of Russia». More information about the acquisition could be found in the press releases section on KORUS Consulting website (https://korusconsulting.ru/press-center/news/sberbank-zakryl-sdelku-po-priobreteniyu-korus-konsalting-sng) as well as in the news in the public sources in the Internet.

Legal entities in KORUS Consulting Group of companies are not included in the current SSI or SDN lists and will affect neither KORUS Consulting operations, nor the established partnership relationships with our partners and customers.
